Croft Farm is a small but active family run campsite 1 mile from Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire. We are mainly a touring site but we do have areas for tents as well. Also, we have a 30 lodge development. A 9‑acre lake is the centrepiece of Croft Farm where you’ll see water sports happening every day including windsurfing, sailing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking.
We are currently looking for a trustworthy member of staff to join our team for the 2026 season, March to October. Your hours would be 30 per week. You’ll need to be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own, have a good sense of humour and to undertake many varied tasks. Reception is mostly open 9-5 but Mondays and Fridays are from 8am. Fridays can have a later finish in the busier months. You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as required, so be prepared to be flexible with your hours and days of work.
Responsibilities:
- Checking people in and out
- Replying to emails
- Answering telephone
- Selling items from our onsite shop
Qualifications:
- Good customer service skills
- A can‑do attitude
- Good written and communication skills
- Previous experience with Campmanager is not essential but advantageous
- Full UK driving licence is required
In return we offer a hard standing pitch with a hook up for your motor home or caravan, uniform, free use of the site laundry. Friendly dogs welcome.
