Croft Farm is a small but active family run campsite 1 mile from Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire. We are mainly a touring site but we do have areas for tents as well. Also, we have a 30 lodge development. A 9-acre lake is the centrepiece of Croft Farm where you’ll see water sports happening every day including windsurfing, sailing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking.
We are currently looking for a hands-on dependable member of staff to join our maintenance team for the 2026 season, March to October. The role would suit a retired/semi-retired person. Your hours would be 30 per week. You’ll need to be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own, have a good sense of humour and undertake many varied tasks. There would be a requirement to work 4-5 days that also cover the weekend for maintenance issues that come up. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys practical work.
Duties Include:
- General maintenance and repairs around the campsite
- Basic electrical work (lighting, hook-ups, small repairs)
- Basic plumbing tasks (leaks, taps, toilets, water points)
- Helping keep facilities safe, tidy, and in good working order
- Operate mowers and general groundskeeping
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has practical experience and a problem-solving approach
- Good customer service skills, a can-do attitude, good written and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence is required
In return we offer a hard standing pitch with a hook up for your motor home or caravan, uniform, free use of the site laundry. Friendly dogs welcome.
Salary: To be discussed and based on experience.
