We`re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and hard-working couple to join our friendly team at a well-established, family-run holiday park nestled in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. With panoramic views over Churn Valley, 105 camping pitches, a rally field, residential park homes, and a growing reputation, this is an exciting opportunity for a couple ready to embrace a new lifestyle and help us continue to offer first-class experiences for our guests.
This permanent, live-in position includes quality, 3-bedroom cottage accommodation as part of the package — ideal for a couple who enjoy variety, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a welcoming, close-knit community.
️ Partner 1: Maintenance & Grounds
You`ll take on hands-on, practical responsibilities supporting the upkeep and smooth running of the park.
Key duties include:
General grounds maintenance: mowing, strimming, and tidying communal areas
Assisting with setup/siting of static homes
Basic plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman work
Seasonal upkeep and regular site checks
Outdoor work in all weather conditions to keep the park safe and presentable
️ Partner 2: Sales, Admin & Customer Service
You`ll handle the customer-facing and administrative aspects of the business.
Key duties include:
Handling enquiries (email, phone, in-person) and generating leads
General customer service and park administration
Cleaning and upkeep of shared facilities
Supporting digital communications and social media (optional but welcome)
Shared Responsibilities
Assisting one another during busy periods or when cover is needed
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents
Flexibility to step into different roles as needed
About You
We`re seeking a couple with complementary skills — one partner who`s practical and hands-on, and the other confident in communication, admin, and sales.
Desirable skills & qualities:
Experience in parks, groundskeeping, maintenance, sales or customer service (training provided)
Strong work ethic and teamwork
A friendly, professional attitude and pride in high standards
Confidence with basic tools (for maintenance role)
Organised and personable (for admin/sales role)
