Waterrow Touring Park is a small, friendly and well‑maintained touring park set in the beautiful Somerset countryside. We pride ourselves on offering a peaceful, welcoming environment with high standards of cleanliness and customer care.
We are looking for a reliable, self‑motivated individual to join us as a Seasonal Caravan Park Warden, assisting owners/managers on a day to day basis. This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone who is organised and good with people.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing day‑to‑day reception duties including guest check‑in
- Handling bookings and enquiries (phone, email and in person)
- Running and managing the small on‑site shop
- Cleaning and maintaining shower and toilet facilities to a high standard
- Providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all guests
- Friendly, approachable and flexible
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Good organisational and basic computer skills (for bookings/admin)
- Practical and hands‑on with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role, hospitality, or customer service is desirable but not essential
- Free pitch for your own caravan or motorhome
