This is an opportunity for an experienced and capable couple to take full responsibility for the full running of a successful riverside park, combining customer service, sales and practical site management.
The Role
As Park Managers, you will be fully responsible for the overall operation of the park, ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Holiday home sales and handling customer enquiries
- Day-to-day park management and task coordination
- Holiday home siting and pitch development
- General park maintenance and grounds upkeep
- Cleaning of washrooms, holiday homes, and company buildings
- Reception duties and managing bookings for touring customers
- Maintaining high presentation standards across the park
Requirements
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- At least one partner confident in holiday home sales
- Both partners capable of practical, hands-on work
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Full UK driving licences required (both applicants)
Working Hours
- Full-time, permanent residential positions
- 5–6 days per week on alternate weeks
- Weekend and bank holiday working required
- Flexibility as dictated by park demand
What’s on Offer
- Combined salary of £69,430 OTE circa £80,000 (including sales commission of £12,000 if targets achieved)
- Rent-free two-bedroom accommodation (P11D value £8,080)
- No charge for water and drainage services
- Gas and electricity charged at a preferential staff rate
