We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable couple to join our team. The successful couple must be enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking, articulate, reliable, use common sense and can work as part of a team. Have excellent customer service skills and must be flexible.
Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, hedge cutting, strimming, gardening, grounds maintenance. Experience with machinery e.g. mowers, strimmers is preferred.
- Other general maintenance and repairs, security, refuse collection.
- Basic plumbing and electrics.
- Sorting gas bottle deliveries to the Park and delivering to customers.
- Keeping the Park clean and tidy.
- Welcoming and checking in guests, taking them down to their pitch.
- Cleaning to a high standard of hire and for sale stock units.
- Looking after the everyday needs of guests either via phone, email or in person.
This is a full-time position to start immediately; a permanent position may be made available to the right couple. As we operate in the tourism industry weekend and bank holiday work will be necessary over a 5-day week with evening walk around duties. Be able to be on a weekly rolling 24-hour call out rota.
Reception duties
- Taking bookings via GemaPark booking system (by phone and online booking system). Good basic IT skills are essential. Experience with previous booking systems is preferred but not essential.

- Repair or report any faults with equipment to the General Manager.
- Be able to work to a timetable and deadlines.

- First aid certificate desirable but not essential.
- Hold a full clean driving licence.
Remuneration
Accommodation could be provided for the right couple or a pitch for your own unit. Electricity and gas usage chargeable. We are unable to consider couples with dependents or pets; however, 1 dog may be permitted dependent on the breed.
