Job Role-

We are seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance and Projects Technician to join our team at Faskally Woods Holiday Park, Pitlochry, Scotland (PH16 5LD) at Wood Leisure. In this role, you will be part of the team within maintenance of our facilities and grounds, contributing to the overall guest experience. Your expertise and trade skills will help us maintain our high standards and keep our parks in excellent condition. Your role will also focus on Park projects, using your experience in machinery and vehicles operations to assist with civils and groundwork in the quieter months.

As Warden, you are provided accommodation on the Holiday Park to stay in as part of your role. This accommodation is rent free with chargeable utilities which are invoiced monthly.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on park facilities, grounds, accommodation, vehicles and equipment.

Support in safe sitting of caravan holiday homes

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs completed.

Assist in the supervision/directing of the maintenance team when required.

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Evening `on call` Warden duty on a rota basis for 2-4 nights per week

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance roles.

Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience of digger/tractor use and machinery

Understanding of health and safety requirements within the workplace

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.

Working as part of a team but ability to also work on own initiative.

Clean driving license

Competent in use of IT preferred
