Caravan & Campsite Warden Team - South Wales

60-Pitch Site | Seasonal: 1 April - 31 October

We are seeking two reliable, practical, and customer-focused team members to support the day-to-day running of our 60‐pitch caravan and campsite, including some seasonal pitches. The roles are structured as one full‐time and one part‐time position, ideal for two people working together. The owner will take a less hands‐on role in daily operations while retaining overall control and providing cover for agreed time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest arrivals, departures, and customer service
  • Managing bookings and enquiries
  • Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and grounds
  • Basic maintenance and compliance checks
  • Assisting in the bar, reception, and shop, serving customers and restocking as required
  • Upholding high site standards and customer satisfaction

Work includes weekends and occasional on‐call duties.
