Are you looking for a rewarding outdoor role in a beautiful countryside setting? Hatton Country World, Warwickshire, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual or couple to join us as Seasonal Campsite Warden(s) for the upcoming season.

About the Role

Based at our charming 69‑pitch grass camping field, you will be the friendly face of our campsite, ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. This is a hands‑on, people‑facing role running from May through to the end of September.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival
  • Keeping toilet and shower facilities clean, well‑stocked and presentable at all times
  • Being a helpful and knowledgeable point of contact for guests throughout their stay
  • Carrying out general day‑to‑day site duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment

About You

You will need to be a caravan or motorhome owner, as a free pitch on site is provided as part of the package. Beyond that, we’re looking for someone (or a couple) who is:

  • Warm, welcoming and great with people
  • Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work
  • Comfortable working outdoors and taking ownership of a site
  • Happy to be on hand to assist guests throughout the day

Previous experience in a similar warden or campsite role would be an advantage, but a brilliant attitude and a love of the outdoors is just as important to us.
