We are looking for a couple or two motivated individuals to join our friendly team across two beautiful, award‑winning sites located just one mile apart in South Devon.
About Us
Parkland Caravan, Camping & Glamping Site – AA Five‑Star Platinum, adults‑only (no dogs), 45 pitches, 9 glamping units, luxury washrooms (Diamond Loo of the Year), licensed shop and high‑quality facilities. Island Lodge Caravan Site – AA Five‑Star family & dog‑friendly site, 38 pitches with a peaceful rural setting.
Position One: General Maintenance / Grounds Person (Full Time)
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual for a varied, hands‑on role maintaining our award‑winning site.
Key Responsibilities
- Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, pitch upkeep)
- General repairs and site maintenance (facilities and glamping units)
- Waste and recycling management
- Safe use and upkeep of tools and machinery
- Routine health & safety checks
- Painting and general upkeep
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Assisting housekeeping (e.g. BBQs, outdoor areas)
- Guest interaction and support
- Supporting the site owner with other tasks (including some heavy lifting)
Details
- Hours: 20.38 per week
- Days: 3‑5 days (including weekends in peak season)
- Pay: 12.95 per hour + holiday pay
- Contract: Permanent (or seasonal until end of October/November)
Position Two: Cleaner / General Assistant (Part Time)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable cleaner to join our housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across all facilities
- Clean and prepare glamping accommodation
- Bed making, kitchens, washrooms, BBQs, outdoor areas
- Light maintenance and grounds tasks
- Changing bulbs, replacing batteries, litter picking, sweeping
- Assisting and communicating with guests

- Hours: 10.30 per week
- Days: 2‑5 days (including weekends in peak season)
- Pay: 12.95 per hour + holiday pay
