The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

We are looking for a couple to help us manage our onsite food van and small tap room. The role is available from 27 February until the end of the season (1 November) with training & induction days prior.

Ideal candidate: Fun, enthusiastic, strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills. Experience in hospitality, food prep. Food van holder should have a Level 2 hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Food van duties – preparing & serving pizzas & pies ‘n mash from our onsite food wagon; managing food health & safety protocol; managing stock.
  • Tap room duties – preparing & serving drinks; managing health & safety protocol; managing stock.
  • Cleaning duties – cleaning and turnover of four yurts, including cleaning/filling hot tubs.
  • Onsite maintenance.

Accommodation and benefits:

  • Accommodation in a private large static caravan for the duration of the season.
  • Two consecutive days off.

Pay: £12.71 per hour (including accommodation).

Hours and overtime: Average of 47 contact hours per week (varies – less in off-peak, more in peak season). Additional overtime may be available.
