Colchester Country Park, Essex, is a well-established and professionally managed caravan and lodge park. We are seeking an experienced park operative, or an experienced couple, to assist with the day-to-day running of the park.
Applicants must have previous experience working within a caravan, holiday or leisure park and be comfortable carrying out both maintenance/grounds duties and reception/administrative tasks as listed below.
Responsibilities- General maintenance, handyman tasks and grounds upkeep
- Preparing and maintaining plots and communal areas to a high standard
- Acting as a first point of contact for owners, guests and visitors
- Handling enquiries, basic administration and assisting with lodge viewings
This position is part-time initially, with the potential to increase for the right person or couple as the role develops.
Requirements / What we are looking for- Applicants should be reliable, professional, self-motivated and able to work confidently in a live park environment with minimal supervision.
