Site warden couple (one with office skills) vacancy from 1 April to 30 September. Location - Sunnydale Farm Touring Park Southampton. We are a busy, friendly caravan park close to Southampton and looking for a couple who are hardworking and love the outdoor life. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage bookings and payments, including storage administration.
- Must have good computer skills in Word & Excel; experience with GemaPark Booking system is an advantage.
- General groundwork in the park and storage compound, hedge cutting, grass cutting, general maintenance.
- Cleaning the toilet blocks & checking regularly.
- Prepare to do anything that needs doing, maintain high standard of cleanliness and repair.
- Ensure park and facilities are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and appearance.
- Identify and report faults, carrying out minor repairs where possible to keep site equipment operational.
Work is not 9 to 5; no two days are the same. Two days off each week, flexible; weekly rota with shared on-call cover for emergencies or late arrivals. Work includes weekends and Bank Holidays. Must own own touring caravan or motor home; a free fully serviced hard-standing pitch is included. Personal and professional references required.
