We are Lepe Beach Campsite, set on the edge of the New Forest and literally right on the beach at Lepe. We are currently looking for campsite wardens who will stay onsite and provide customer service assistance, general maintenance and emergency on call cover on a rota basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Bring Your Own Camping Field
  • Maintain & Clean Facilities
  • Evening walks round the campsite
  • First point of contact for customer enquiries whilst on shift

Job Share – this role can be split between a couple; please ask for more details. Included in the remuneration will be an electrical hook-up for either a caravan or motorhome. Wages are paid on a weekly basis in arrears. We open our gates on 22nd May 2026 and close at the beginning of September; you will need to be available from 18th May for training.

Qualifications:

Experience would be very useful; however full training will be provided onsite.
