Overview
A couple, or two friendly, cheerful individuals required to join our family team from Easter 2026 until late September 2026.
Beeches Farm Campsite is a traditional farm campsite on the shoulder of the Wye Valley near Chepstow. The site has wonderful views and an excellent reputation as a clean and friendly site; it is extremely popular with both new and retuning customers.
We have 3 static caravans & 2 pods. We open a second field during summer weekends when demand is at its peak.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: greeting and pitching guests; daily cleaning of the toilet blocks; general reception duties: attending to customers queries and telephone calls; cleaning and changeovers in static caravans; mowing, site maintenance and general help where required.
You will be part of a small friendly team sharing shifts.
Working hours
Flexible as required, four/five days out of seven, rising to up to 6 days in the High Season. The position will include some evenings on call and working most weekends and Bank Holidays.
Requirements and benefits
- Own caravan/van preferred; free pitch with electric, use of facilities; wage to be agreed
- Good customer liaison skills and friendly disposition are essential
- Some IT knowledge for the booking system is advantageous
- You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- General level of fitness is required
- Previous Warden experience would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be given

Salary: Wage + Free Pitch
