We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT projects across the organisation. Working closely with IT Project Managers and key stakeholders, you will support the successful delivery of IT projects through effective coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication and adherence to governance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in IT project delivery within a structured, purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Maintain project documentation, plans, timelines and budgets
- Track progress against milestones, highlighting risks, issues and dependencies, and supporting mitigation actions
- Coordinate project communications and stakeholder updates
There is also an opportunity to broaden the role by supporting system integrations and contributing to the governance of core platforms to ensure stability, compliance and scalability.
About You
- Has experience supporting projects in fast-paced environments applying recognised project methodology (such as Agile, Prince2, Waterfall etc)
- Communicates clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
- Has experience within a project framework, including the production and maintenance of documentation and reports, and coordination activities
- Is comfortable working with budgets, timelines and resources tracking
- Experience in testing, systems integration, or business analysis would be advantageous.
