The UK’s National Accreditation Body, UKAS, is looking for a driven and results-focused Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll deliver high-impact, brand-aligned campaigns for the UKAS Academy. You’ll also manage key digital channels, oversee performance marketing, and help evolve the UKAS website – ensuring everything we do is clear, consistent and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns for the UKAS Academy
• Work with modern marketing tools to test, measure and refine activity, bringing insight and innovation to campaign delivery
• Oversee SEO and PPC activity, working closely with external agencies to drive performance
• Support continuous improvements to the website, including UX, content and conversion
• Monitor and report on key metrics, using data to guide strategy and maximise ROI
• Take ownership of digital channels and campaigns, shaping how UKAS communicates across a range of sectors
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment across all marketing activity
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities

About you

You’ll be a confident marketing professional who thrives in a B2B environment and knows how to balance creativity with commercial focus.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing operations role
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and performance analytics
• Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills
• Effective communication and project management capabilities
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
