About the Role
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Assistant Event Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of professional events in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist delegates, speakers, VIPs and guests on arrival.
- Support the Event Coordinator in delivering smooth and successful events.
- Assist with event planning, scheduling and coordination.
- Help coordinate venues, accommodation, transport, catering and other logistics.
- Ensure event programmes and schedules run smoothly and on time.
- Liaise with delegates, suppliers, speakers and event partners.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues quickly during events.
- Support registration, guest management and event administration.
- Assist with post-event activities and follow-up.
