This position will provide a unique opportunity to grow your career by enhancing your expertise and leadership skills in our EMEA Revenue Operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales forecasting
- Pipeline Analysis
- Account & Territory Planning

- Payroll Review and escalation of sales commission related issues
You will have opportunities to work closely with the leadership team by presenting data and valuable points of consideration to resolve issues that may impede successful business performance. We are expecting a collaborator who can liaise with multiple teams on gathering the business requirements and accomplish an end-to-end deliverable.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes you will work toward completing?
- Within 30 days of employment, complete all the onboarding programs and learnings, understand various pillars of EUC Revenue Operations team, their services and contributions to EUC Organization.
- Within 60 days of employment, get familiar with process and tools and you will be tasked with managing a real-life business case that requires processing, analysing and handling large volumes of data and presenting insights, especially on the quota deployment and compensation process.
- Within 90 days of employment, you will start interacting with the Leadership team & Stakeholders to gather appropriate requirements to scope outcomes, outputs, and value propositions that accelerate time to serve and improve productivity.
- Within 180 days of employment, you will proactively investigate, report and address issues and be a front-ending project that will maximize business agility through effective change management and execution.
- Within 360 days of employment, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the specific area and Go-To-Person. Lead to facilitate transformation and continue to drive goal setting for subsequent phases in our journey of operational excellence.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
- Provide the required support to EUC EMEA Regional Sales leadership Team and become a trusted advisor.
- Work closely with Sales Team and other Revenue Operations team to ensure the forecast accuracy, SFDC opportunity hygiene, Quarter-End deliverables, and check if orders (Net New, Renewal) are correctly booked by class and product.
- Support Commission Process through planning, territory mapping, quota deployment and any commission related inquiries, potential dispute in collaboration with Commission team.
- Ensure Sales Goal Sheet Data Quality, Compliance, and monitor timely issuance and acceptance.
- Proactively identify business needs and provide various forms of business intelligence including sales attainment & productivity reports, market trends and other ad-hoc analysis.
- Comfort crafting and presenting insights from larger complex data as well as attention to details.
- Provide strategic business guidance and expertise through data visualization, data mining and storytelling supported with data best practice.

The hiring manager for this role is a Director of WW EUC GEO Revenue Operations who has more than 15 years’ experience in Sales Operation, Strategy and Planning. The hiring manager believes that collaboration, rapport and transparency is the key to build a stronger team and encourages everyone on the team to work together. There are 7 members in the team and the manager is looking for people who can think out-of-the-box and then execute on a good idea.
Where is this role located? Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local office and remote, depending on the arrangements determined with your future manager.
