- Support M&A and divestiture activity, including discontinued operations, purchase accounting, provisions, and related financial statement impacts.
- Play a key role in implementing a new tax provisioning system, moving from manual Excel processes to a more controlled and scalable model.
- Strengthen documentation, controls, and ways of working as the team takes on broader global reporting responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant or tax professional, such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in consolidated tax reporting, tax provisioning, and financial statement tax accounting within a global multinational environment.
- Technical expertise in ASC 740 or IAS 12, with strong IFRS tax accounting experience especially relevant.
- Essential experience supporting M&A, divestitures, purchase accounting, or major transformation from a tax accounting/reporting perspective.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines, assess risk, influence senior stakeholders, and work across multiple jurisdictions.
- A hands‑on, pragmatic style with strong process improvement, controls, Excel, and systems awareness.
Why Join?
- Shape how critical tax activity is delivered, governed, and improved during a period of meaningful change.
- Gain senior tax and finance exposure while working on high‑value provisioning, audit, divestiture, controls, and technology initiatives.
- Join a collaborative team that values technical strength, curiosity, accountability, and practical problem‑solving.
If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
