Finastra in London is seeking a Senior Manager, Group Tax Reporting to lead group and statutory tax provisioning, including consolidation activity across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Ops, IT and external advisors to support M&A, divestitures, and the rollout of a scalable tax provisioning system. You will bring technical expertise in ASC 740 or IAS 12 with IFRS tax accounting experience, and possess a hands‑on, pragmatic style focused on controls and process.
