We are looking for a Product Specialist – Construction to join our team in Biggleswade. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to advise customers, support sales and contribute to the development of our product range within the construction sector. A solid understanding of workshop requirements for servicing, maintaining and repairing construction equipment is essential, along with familiarity with major industry brands and commonly used machines within the UK market. Knowledge of pricing, market trends and product data management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming technical enquiries from customers
  • Prepare quotations and provide product recommendations
  • Support customers in optimising the use of our webshop
  • Monitor market trends and developments related to product range and pricing
  • Produce sales analyses for construction product categories
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs

Qualifications

  • Background in technical, commercial, agricultural or construction engineering
  • Strong advisory and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approach
  • Good understanding of parts required for maintenance and repair of compact construction equipment
  • Familiarity with key industry brands and machinery in the UK market
  • Competence in using software tools and systems
