We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our Kings Cross coffee store.
Reporting to our Coffee Shop Manager, the Barista will work in a small team and engage with our passionate customer base.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Answer menu questions, including details of drinks and customization options
- Prepare coffee and tea, and espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccino, americano etc.) to a high standard
- Operate our equipment, till system, processing the daily sales
- Receive and stock supplies
- Maintain H&S and cleanliness across the area
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
Your Profile
- Relevant experience as a barista or similar
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Amazing customer service
- Team-player and friendly
