As UK Visa Lab continues to grow, this role will play a key part in scaling our internal operations and delivery capability. You’ll be contributing to improving the overall client experience and operational excellence of our consultancy.
Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our team on a remote or hybrid basis, based either in the UK or Turkey.
You’ll be responsible for managing internal workflows, coordinating client projects, and ensuring that all operational processes run efficiently. The role requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality delivery and continuous improvement.
This position reports directly to the Founders and collaborates closely with our client experience and content teams.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end delivery of client projects.
- Manage internal and external workflows, including onboarding, project tracking, and milestone delivery.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation templates, and internal knowledge base.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all client-facing processes and materials.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across our processes.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy and new service initiatives.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with workflow and CRM tools (e.g. Notion, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
- Understanding of tech terminology, startups, and digital product workflows is a plus.
