We are a private healthcare business looking for an experienced Recruitment Contractor to join us on a minimum 3-month FTC, supporting hiring activity across the business with a strong focus on clinical recruitment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring structure and rigour to a hiring process. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across functions, so the ability to build relationships quickly and communicate clearly is just as important as your recruitment expertise.
Compensation is performance-based, making this an excellent opportunity for a driven recruiter who is confident in their ability to deliver results.
What you will be doing:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles within the private healthcare sector, including screening, and managing candidates through to offer.
- Supporting cross-functional hiring across other areas of the business.
- Designing, implementing, and refining recruitment processes that are scalable and consistent.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing diaries across hiring managers and candidates to keep processes moving efficiently.
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand needs and set clear expectations.
- Ensuring a great candidate experience throughout.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in clinical or healthcare recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within the private sector.
- A strong process mindset – you enjoy building frameworks and bringing consistency to how things are done.
- Confident working with a variety of stakeholders, from clinical leads to business functions.
- Self-sufficient and comfortable hitting the ground running in a contractor capacity.
- Motivated by performance-based reward and confident in your ability to fill roles.
- Available immediately for a minimum 3-month commitment.
If you are a recruiter who combines private healthcare sector knowledge with a structured, process-driven approach and a hunger to deliver – we would love to hear from you.
