We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, responsible for managing and converting patient leads for varicose and thread vein treatments across the country. In this role, you will contact individuals who have expressed interest in our services via scheduled call-backs, providing them with detailed information on treatment options, availability, costs, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Your primary objective will be to guide prospective patients through the decision-making process and successfully book them in for their initial Diagnostic Assessment.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a consultative approach to patient engagement, and the ability to handle objections professionally while maintaining high conversion rates. You will work closely with our office and clinical team, ensuring patients receive a smooth and informed journey from first contact to consultation, helping to drive the growth of our varicose vein treatment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact leads and prospective patients via scheduled call-backs.
  • Explain treatment options, costs, and availability clearly and accurately.
  • Uphold the clinic's reputation whilst addressing patient queries and objections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Book initial Diagnostic Assessments across clinics nationwide.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently when engaging with new patients, delivering information in a professional and supportive manner.
Required
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within healthcare or medical services (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and successfully convert leads into booked appointments.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and great attention to detail.
