We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting both the New Patients Sales team and the Patient Care teams by providing administrative and operational assistance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of our clinic and ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Assist in managing administrative tasks related to patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations and billing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation within the clinic's systems.
- Handle incoming inquiries from patients, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Patient Booking and Communication
- Communicate with patients via phone and email, confirm details, and provide pre-appointment instructions.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with patients regarding appointment changes, reminders, and follow-up care instructions.
- Coordinate with the clinical teams to prioritise patient bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Operational Support
- Assist in updating and maintaining operational procedures, protocols, and guidelines to optimise workflows and enhance patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Assistance
- Undertake small-scale projects and initiatives as assigned to support strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting, particularly in patient administration or operations support roles.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry, scheduling, and document management.
