We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting both the New Patients Sales team and the Patient Care teams by providing administrative and operational assistance. Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Assist in managing administrative tasks related to patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations and billing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation within the clinic's systems.
- Handle incoming inquiries from patients, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Patient Booking and Communication
- Communicate with patients via phone and email, confirm details, and provide pre-appointment instructions.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with patients regarding appointment changes, reminders, and follow-up care instructions.
- Coordinate with the clinical teams to prioritise patient bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Operational Support
- Assist in updating and maintaining operational procedures, protocols, and guidelines to optimise workflows and enhance patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Assistance
- Undertake small-scale projects and initiatives as assigned to support strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting, particularly in patient administration or operations support roles.
