Your Role: Making Every Patient Visit Exceptional
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity as a Patient Advisor & Clinic Coordinator. This is a hands-on role with varied responsibilities, where your commitment to delivering exceptional service will have a direct impact on our patients' care experience.
Main Responsibilities
- As Clinic Receptionist / Coordinator:
- Welcome patients to the clinic, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Guide patients throughout their visit and act as a supportive chaperone during consultations or treatments.
- Coordinate bookings and rebook patients for treatment in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Encourage and collect patient reviews and feedback.
- Maintain a high standard of organisation in the clinic environment.
- Uphold an outstanding level of patient satisfaction at all times.
- Respond promptly and compassionately to patient inquiries via phone and email.
- Screen and assess patients during initial contact to ensure suitability for consultation.
- Provide guidance, support, and reassurance to patients throughout their journey.
- Work closely with our HQ and clinical teams, including nurses and vascular surgeons, to ensure a seamless experience.
