About UK Vein Care
UK Vein Care is one of the UK's leading providers of varicose vein treatments and part of Nordic Health Group, Europe’s largest network of dedicated vein clinics (+50 clinics in 5 countries). Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality, and medically sound vein care in a modern outpatient setting. With an expanding footprint across the UK and strong operational foundations, we are entering the next phase of growth and are looking for a senior operational leader to help scale our UK organisation.
The Opportunity
UK Vein Care currently operates 12 clinics across the UK, with strong ambitions to expand the network significantly in the coming years. This role combines deep operational leadership of the clinic network with responsibility for organisational development and commercial performance as the UK business continues to expand. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and scaling the UK organisation. The successful candidate will focus on driving operational excellence, building a strong leadership structure, and preparing the organisation for continued expansion while working closely with Nordic Health Group HQ. Strategic direction for the UK market - including growth strategy, expansion priorities, and brand positioning - is defined centrally by HQ. The role therefore focuses on executing strategy locally and ensuring strong operational and commercial performance across the UK clinics.
