- Execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios aligned with development schedules and product roadmaps.
- Create and maintain detailed test scripts, ensuring agreed coverage is achieved and compliance requirements are consistently met.
- Document defects clearly and thoroughly, including detailed steps to reproduce issues, expected and actual results, and supporting evidence such as screenshots or videos.
- Accurately log, track, and report on defect fixes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring all reporting follows agreed templates for audit purposes.
- Work collaboratively with operational, product, and engineering teams to help define QA testing requirements and contribute to continuous improvement across products and processes.
- Participate in peer reviews of test scripts, attend three amigos sessions to identify automation opportunities, and work with Senior and Lead QA colleagues to drive an automation‑first approach across all business channels.
- Help shape the quality strategy and improve overall product delivery.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in manual testing within an agile environment, comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing business priorities.
- Experience testing APIs using Postman and a strong understanding of writing SQL queries.

- An ISEB Foundation in Software Testing qualification would be desirable.
- Experience in test automation, particularly with tools such as SpecFlow or Cypress, would also be advantageous but is not essential.
