We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Partnerships Manager to join our marketing team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in amplifying our brand presence within the racing and betting industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of our strategic partnerships, ensuring they deliver maximum value and align with our broader marketing objectives.
  • Manage key relationships across media owners, racecourses, and industry bodies, identifying new opportunities to expand our reach and strengthen our presence.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of partnership campaigns and sponsored events, negotiating agreements, managing budgets, and delivering engaging activations that elevate brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling brand campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Involve storytelling, bringing our brand to life through partnerships, PR opportunities, and consumer success stories that resonate with racing fans and betting audiences.
  • Ensure all activity remains compliant with industry regulations and advertising standards.
  • Analyse partnership effectiveness using key metrics such as brand awareness, traffic, and customer retention, using insights to continuously optimise strategies.
  • Regular reporting to ensure the wider business understands the impact and value of your work.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A strategic and commercially minded marketer with a passion for partnerships and brand building.
  • Ideally have a degree in marketing or a related field, along with proven experience managing partnerships, preferably within sports, betting, or gaming environments.
  • A confident communicator and relationship builder, able to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • A natural storyteller, able to craft engaging narratives that connect with audiences and enhance brand perception.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and adapt strategies to maximise results.
  • Experience in consumer PR and generating media coverage through brand stories will be highly valuable.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring every partnership contributes to our overall marketing success.
