We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Tote and play a pivotal role in shaping and improving the customer experience across our digital products. In this role, you will drive key growth initiatives from early problem validation and ideation through to development, launch, and ongoing optimisation. You will develop a deep understanding of how customers engage with our products, using data, insights, and experimentation to create intuitive, engaging, and innovative experiences that make the most of the Tote’s unique proposition.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You will work with the CTPO, Product Director, and Senior Leadership Team to define strategic development objectives and translate them into prioritised and measurable product goals.
  • Using data and customer insight, you’ll identify user needs, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • As the voice of the customer, you’ll clearly articulate the “why” behind product strategies and initiatives.
  • A key part of the role involves leading optimisation initiatives across user funnels and customer journeys, focusing on metrics such as LTV, conversion rates, and retention.
  • You’ll develop a strong understanding of customer segments, their behaviours, and their pain points, and use this evidence to inform decision‑making.
  • You will also review P&L performance trends and understand their impact on the product roadmap.
  • Collaboration will be essential, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned around growth initiatives, success metrics, and progress toward outcomes.
  • You will leverage product analytics to test and measure the performance of new ideas and enhancements, and you’ll partner with commercial and marketing teams to support acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Additionally, you’ll maintain awareness of competitor activity, market conditions, and gambling regulatory requirements, and you’ll play a key role in coordinating product launches across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking someone with at least 2+ years of experience in online Product Management.
  • Experience within online gambling is a plus, but not essential.
  • We also value experience in conversion rate optimisation, CRM/MarTech tools, or loyalty proposition development—though again, these are desirable, not mandatory.
  • You should bring a lean, experimental mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience with key product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, or Mixpanel.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable using data and customer research to identify opportunities, make tough trade‑offs, and shape product strategy.
  • We’re looking for a strong collaborator with exceptional communication skills, someone who thrives in cross‑functional environments and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • You should also be confident working in ambiguity—breaking down complex problems into actionable steps and delivering meaningful customer impact.

Benefits

  • Competitive Basic Salary
  • Discretionary Bonus Scheme
  • Company Shares Option Plan
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Life insurance (4Ă— basic salary)
  • Simply Health Cash Plan
  • Holiday entitlement (33 days inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Study Support and opportunity for progression and development
  • Confidential 24/7 365 employee assistance helpline
  • Agile and collaborative office environment with free parking, fruit, biscuits, and drinks
  • Regular social events, charity events and volunteering opportunities
