UK Tote Group is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Player Protection Officer to join our Customer Operations team and help ensure customers can enjoy our products safely and responsibly.
You will monitor activity, conduct affordability assessments, review customer behaviour for indicators of gambling-related harm, and work with Compliance, Customer Care and the wider business to protect customers and support regulatory compliance.
