We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Partnerships Executive to play a key role in the continued growth of our B2B business across both domestic and international markets. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of the racing and betting industry, building long‑term partnerships that deliver value for both our partners and the wider business.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of racecourse partners across the UK and Ireland. You will act as a trusted partner to these courses, ensuring strong communication, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving positive commercial outcomes. Success in this role will come from your ability to combine industry knowledge with a structured, collaborative approach to sales and relationship management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow relationships with a number of racecourse partners, using your understanding of the racing and betting landscape to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
  • Work closely with internal teams across the business to develop and execute structured sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment between partner needs and organisational priorities.
  • Be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Build operational expertise in World Pool, developing the internal and external relationships required to support its delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • A good understanding of betting markets and proven sales experience in a competitive, customer‑focused environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining successful customer relationships within the betting and racing industry, alongside a solid understanding of racing, betting, and commercial dynamics.
  • Knowledge in contract development and negotiation skills are important, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and committed to being part of a collaborative team, with the confidence to influence others and make a positive impact across the business.
