Children's Social Workers and Senior Social Workers - Family Help Service
Up to GBP51,127 per annum (depending on experience) + GBP5,000 welcome bonus + benefits

As a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker in our Family Help Service, you’ll be part of small, stable teams with low caseloads, consistent supervision, and excellent multi-agency support. What You’ll Do
- Work directly with children and families to co-produce assessments and plans under Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law frameworks.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that build on family strengths and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children.
- Work alongside co-located professionals including adult mental health, substance misuse, and domestic abuse specialists.
- Access specialist support including in-house family therapy, Social Care CAMHS, and reflective practice sessions.
- Play an active role in service development through working groups and practice forums.
- Support children to remain safely at home wherever possible through strength-based, relationship-led practice.
