We are looking for an experienced and motivated Theatr Colwyn Manager to oversee the day-to-day running, programming, and development of the UK\’s oldest working cinema and one of North Wales\’ most treasured cultural spaces. Just a few miles away in Llandudno is our sister venue, Venue Cymru, the region\’s largest arts centre, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a wider creative network. Based in the historic setting of Colwyn Bay, surrounded by sea and mountains and within easy reach of Manchester and Liverpool, this role offers the chance to make a real impact on the cultural life of our communities.

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running, programming, and development of the venue.
- Manage front of house operations and deliver outstanding customer service and safe, welcoming events.
- Inspire and manage staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Collaborate with the broader network and partners within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in theatre or cinema management.
- Strong knowledge of programming and front of house operations.
- Proven leadership and organisational skills.
- Welsh language skills are essential for this post.
Contract and working arrangements
This is a permanent full-time post with the hours of work on an annualised hours contract, averaging 37 hours per week, arranged on a shift rota basis and including weekend, evening, and bank holiday working.
