Reading Rep Theatre is seeking an experienced Technical and Buildings Manager to deliver day-to-day technical support for productions, hires and events.
The role requires hands-on management of technical staff, building maintenance and Health & Safety across all activities.
You will work regular duty technician shifts, oversee safety, plan emergencies, and manage technical budgeting, including coordinating with the landlord for access and security.
