General Manager

The General Manager is accountable for the day‑to‑day management of West End productions, including Broadway, international transfers, tours, new productions and large‑scale productions.

The General Manager will lead the delivery of allocated productions, taking responsibility for running these on budget and to schedule.

  • Lead operational, financial and contractual management of productions including West End shows, UK tours, international transfers, workshops and new productions.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, oversee contracts and negotiations.
  • Coordinate staffing and recruitment, ensuring compliance with union agreements and employment requirements.
  • Provide strategic oversight across all areas of production delivery.
  • Act as key point of contact for production teams, venues and external partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest professional standards.
  • Oversee production finances, contracts and payroll; support casting and recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate press and marketing events, manage touring logistics.
  • Ensure all health, safety and operational requirements are met.
  • Contribute to business development, improve production processes and represent the company externally.

Ideal candidate holds significant experience in professional theatre production management, strong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and can lead multiple productions while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

Customer Experience Team Supervisor

Part of the Customer Experience team, the line manager is the Customer Experience Manager. This role is responsible for the supervision of the Customer Experience Team.

  • Report to the Customer Experience Manager.
  • Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the customer experience team.
  • Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Report to the Technical & Building Manager and responsible for the Maintenance Technician and casual maintenance staff, working alongside the wider technical and Back of House team.

  • Observe maintenance operations and provide leadership.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks across the venue.
  • Support troubleshooting and technical issues.
  • Maintenance Assistant

This role reports to the Theatre Director and is responsible for maintenance at the New Victoria Theatre, Rhoda Mc Gaw Cinema and Nova Cinema in Woking.

The Building & Maintenance Manager provides leadership to the team and building expertise.

  • Maintain and repair venue facilities.
  • Assist in scheduling maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and back‑of‑house teams.
  • Administrator & Venue Assistant

Responsible to the General Manager, this role oversees all day‑to‑day administration at the venue.

The candidate should have significant experience in professional theatre production management, a strong background in musicians and/or plays, including large‑scale West End productions and UK tours.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the venue.
  • Manage routine administrative tasks, scheduling and correspondence.
  • Assist production teams with administrative needs.
