General Manager The General Manager is accountable for the day‑to‑day management of West End productions, including Broadway, international transfers, tours, new productions and large‑scale productions.
The General Manager will lead the delivery of allocated productions, taking responsibility for running these on budget and to schedule.
Lead operational, financial and contractual management of productions including West End shows, UK tours, international transfers, workshops and new productions.
Develop and manage production budgets, oversee contracts and negotiations.
Coordinate staffing and recruitment, ensuring compliance with union agreements and employment requirements.
Provide strategic oversight across all areas of production delivery.
Act as key point of contact for production teams, venues and external partners.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest professional standards.
Oversee production finances, contracts and payroll; support casting and recruitment processes.
Coordinate press and marketing events, manage touring logistics.
Ensure all health, safety and operational requirements are met.
Contribute to business development, improve production processes and represent the company externally.
