Deputy Front of House Manager

The Deputy Front of House Manager will work effectively as part of the operational management team providing support to the Front of House Managers and being responsible for managing all front of house operations at Malvern Theatres including all front of house staff when on duty.

Production Coordinator

Adam Blanshay Productions is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator. The production coordinator is a key member of the Adam Blanshay Productions staff. The successful applicant will be responsible for administrative / creative processes and logistics of ABP.

Deputy Head of Electrics

The Deputy Head of Electrics supports the Head of Electrics in managing the electrical, projection, video and sound requirements of the Shaftesbury Theatre. The department is responsible for the realisation of technical services for all performances and events within agreed schedules and budgets.

Head of Audiences

The Head of Audiences is a senior leadership role within the Audiences team and is responsible for translating audience strategy into action. The postholder will lead audience development, campaign planning and audience engagement activity across Rambert's touring repertory productions, Rambert Plus, Rambert Grades and future audience initiatives.

Administration Support to General Director

This role provides professional, highly efficient and confidential administration support to the General Director (who is also the CEO).

Marketing Officers

We are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Officers to work closely with the Marketing and Communications Director and the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver the promotion of all activities and productions at the Mercury.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and be committed to delivering the highest level of customer care. They will be required to balance all sales of programmes and merchandise against monies taken, ensure that the Theatre always complies with all Health and Safety regulations and carry out all necessary final checks and secure the building in the evening.

Contract Term: Permanent, Full time (37 hours a week shifts to include working daytime, evening, weekends and Bank Holidays as required)

Responsible to: Front of House Managers

Salary: £29,000 per annum, London, WC1B 3NH | Salaried: £20000 - £30000 | Closing: 31 July 2026
