Overview
We are looking for an Administrator & Venue Assistant to join our team. Responsible to the General Manager, this role oversees all day-to-day administration at our venue.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day administration to promote smooth business operations; manage IT and phone requirements.
- Support and deputise for the Box Office & Reception Manager; duty manage the building on a weekly basis.
- Oversee monthly payroll, show settlements and prepare invoices.
- Assist in the hiring and booking of small rooms, manage wedding bookings, proof contracts, and maintain the venue's events calendar.
- Be part of the Customer Experience team; supervise the Customer Experience Team under the Customer Experience Manager.
- Report to the Technical & Building Manager and be responsible for the Maintenance Technician and casual maintenance staff; collaborate with the wider technical and Back of House team.
- Note: The role may involve coordination with venue management teams and reporting lines to Theatre/Building Directors as applicable to the specific venue.

- Also works with the Customer Experience Manager and the Technical & Building Manager depending on the assignment within the venue.
