Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (EBD)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus Are you an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
  • Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Develop and support a motivated residential care team
  • Promote positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals

Requirements

  • Experience within Children's Residential Care
  • Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
