We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
- Develop and support a motivated residential care team

- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
Requirements
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
