Our client, a reputable personal injury firm based in Chorley, is seeking a Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a mixed caseload of road traffic accident (RTA) claims, as well as employers' liability (EL) and public liability (PL) matters.
The Role:
- Handling a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA, EL, and PL claims under supervision
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Conducting legal research and progressing cases effectively
- Maintaining accurate and organised case files
Requirements:
- Previous experience handling RTA, EL, and PL personal injury claims is essential
- Strong drafting, case management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems (LEAP experience is a plus, training can be provided)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under supervision
