We are working on behalf of a long-established and well-regarded law firm with offices in Beaminster and Bridport to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking for flexibility and a supportive environment.
The Role: You will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Commercial conveyancing experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Solid experience in residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Commercial property experience (advantageous)
