Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct discovery workshops with clients to extract comprehensive requirements and understand their existing tools and processes.
- Document workshop outcomes through detailed business process maps and functional requirement specifications.
- Design and explain clear and sustainable solutions.
- Configure product features to meet requirements independently.
- Conduct thorough functional and end-to-end testing prior to delivery.
- Run client demonstrations and UAT sessions to gather feedback in a structured format.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify timeline-conscious next steps.
- Contribute to the product development backlog with improvement suggestions.
Experience Sought
- 3+ years delivering digital system implementation projects, including websites.
- Proficiency in organizing, executing, and managing complex tasks.
- Previous experience working in a digital agency is a must.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Love technical challenges and commitment to quality outcomes for our clients.
