We are an emerging podcast studio based in Soho, London, seeking an enthusiastic PR professional to join our founding team. The successful candidate will help grow our brand, connect with audiences, and share in future sponsorship rewards as an equal owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility across all major audio and visual platforms.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and potential sponsors.
  • Coordinate promotional activities for the podcast and its hosts.
  • Track and analyse PR performance metrics.

Compensation

This is an unpaid role until sponsorship revenue is achieved, after which profits will be divided equally among all five founders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in PR, marketing, or related communication fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A self-starter with a passion for podcasting and community building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in adult, relaxed, long-form conversations and the ability to champion our narrative.

Requirements

Applicants should be able to commute to Central London when necessary and confirm their readiness to work in an early-stage, equity-based environment.
