Location: Office-based near Solihull (own car essential – no public transport access)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 basic uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60,000)

Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm)

In this role, you’ll manage a team of Sales Executives, ensuring they’re hitting targets, converting leads, and delivering exceptional results. You’ll be hands-on when needed – coaching, supporting, and stepping in to close deals – but you’ll also trust your team to perform without micromanaging.
