We're working exclusively with a well-established and highly respected organisation to recruit an experienced
Business Partner .
This is a newly created opportunity offering the chance to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day operations within a values-led business that places its people at the centre of everything it does.
This is a broad, hands-on position where you'll combine strategic HR partnering with operational delivery, ensuring the organisation remains compliant, commercially focused and an outstanding place to work.
The Role
Working closely with senior leaders and managers across the business, you'll act as a trusted HR advisor, providing practical support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing expert advice on employment law, HR best practice and employee relations.
- Managing disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance processes.
- Reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
- Coaching and supporting managers through complex people matters.
- Leading and supporting organisational change initiatives.
- Designing and delivering management training across a range of HR topics.
- Identifying talent and supporting succession planning and career development.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Producing and analysing People metrics to support business decisions.
- Contributing to compliance, ESG and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keeping the business ahead of changes in employment legislation and HR best practice.
About You
You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner or senior HR professional who enjoys operating across both strategic and operational HR.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confidence coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
- Experience supporting organisational change.
- Policy development and HR governance experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and commercially focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
