About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, organised, and proactive Remote Data & Outreach Specialist to support our
commercial operations in the waste licensing and environmental services sector (e.g., bin collection, food waste,
recycling, and compliance services).
This dual-role position involves:
1. Sorting and managing high volumes of business data, and
2. Making outbound calls to schedule appointments, verify information, and support additional business needs
across various service areas.
You will play a vital role in helping our company engage with potential clients, introduce or scale up contracts,
and coordinate appointments for our Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately enter, sort, and manage large datasets including business names, addresses, phone numbers,
licensing details, and contact emails.
– Identify and organise relevant commercial businesses that may require waste licensing or service support.
– Make outbound calls to:
* Schedule appointments for field-based Business Development Managers.
* Confirm or collect missing business information.
* Introduce services or explain offerings related to waste licensing, contracts, and more.
– Prepare lead lists for follow-up and engagement across multiple sectors.
– Log all activities in the provided CRM/dialler system.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Requirements:
– Good spoken and written English communication skills.
– Comfortable making outbound calls to businesses.
– Basic Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
– High attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
– Access to a smartphone, laptop, or both.
– Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
– Willingness to use company-provided dialler systems, CRM tools, and communication platforms.
